This Privacy Policy explains how Dave Humphrey Enterprises, Inc. ("DHE," "we," "us") handles information in the DHE Plant Maintenance application (the "App"). The App is a maintenance and support tool for concrete batch plants and related equipment.
The App collects and stores the following information that you enter or generate while using it:
The App does not collect advertising identifiers, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
Information is used solely to operate the App's features: recording and displaying maintenance activity, identifying parts, managing plant records, and generating and emailing maintenance reports to the recipients you designate.
Data is stored locally on your device to allow offline use. When you are online, data may be synchronized with DHE's private backend server to preserve your records and enable reporting. Reports you send are delivered by email through our email service provider.
We do not sell your information. Information is shared only as needed to provide the App's functionality — for example, delivering a maintenance report to the email recipient you choose. We may disclose information if required by law.
Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or as required for our business and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library only to let you capture or attach images to maintenance records. Images are used only within the App and its reports.
The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
